Members have access to our extensive network of contractors. When
our members call and say they are a member of One Pointe, service
providers respond faster, do a better job, and complete services ontime

One Pointe holds a copy of your key to be used in case of lockouts and
or availability to maintenance contractors who may require periodic

With the Caretaker Membership, you

Alarm Response Service
One Pointe will be the designated alarm system caretaker in the event of
an alarm signal.
Winter Watch & House Checks
From November through March, we will perform a weekly exterior and
interior inspection of your seaside home or do a house check and report
inspection upon request, providing peace of mind while you’re away.
Home Site Visits
Forget to shut the garage door? Need someone to sign for a delivery or
let in a worker? Just call. This service includes 6 site visits per year.

iButton Property Check-in/Check-out
Total Peace of Mind delivered through unmatched accountability and communication! At each house we install iButtons. iButtons are computer chips enclosed in 16mm stainless steel cases that are uniquely coded to your property. Our staff carry data collectors and tag the iButton each time we are at your house. The collector records the date, time, technician, and event/task the person at your house was there for. Then the data collector is downloaded daily and posted to your web account so you can just go on line and see who and what was being done at your house 24/7.
