Turnover Service

• Property Cleaning
  Sttripping and making of beds, cleaning of baths, washing of
  floors, cleaning out refrigerator, empty drawers, vacuum, dust etc.
• Supply of Toiletries
  Each bath is supplied with lotion, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap and
  toilet paper.
• Linen Service (Annual Linen Rental Required)

          Linen rental is required to use our service. Each turnover

linens will be changed out and returned swapped out at the

next turnover. Two sets of linen per bed and two sets of towels

per occupancy. Tenant fee includes linen laundering service.

• 24/7 On Call Tenant Emergency Response

Availible Tenant Services

As your rental manager any tenant that rents your property can call up to get additonal services during thier stay.  Additional linens, trash removal, house cleaning services, gas grill propagne refills or any other service we will arrange to make there stay convenient and hassle free.
